The first Principal of Brigidine College St Ives was Sr Romuald Walz csb (1954-1959). We promise to walk together in a spirit of reconciliation. Following the retirement of Jane Curran, Principal of Brigidine College St Ives, at the conclusion of 2019, the College Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Laetitia (Teash) Richmond to the position of Principal for 2020. My busiest and most challenging days are met with a calm, well humoured and professional demeanour. Ms Richmond was also involved in establishing partnerships with Westmead Hospital and medical complex which provided opportunities for students and staff to engage in real world learning and discourse with experts in the fields of medical science and STEM.

In 2014 the Anita Murray Centre for Performing Arts and Sciences was opened by the then Governor of NSW, Her Excellency Professor The Honourable Dame Marie Bashir AD CVO, providing important updated facilities for the students and staff. Completion of this new facility allowed for the refurbishment and renovation of the former Romuald Hall to create the Romuald Visual Arts Centre.
