They should make that procedure public. Personally I would hate to see Costco change it’s policy because people abuse it on illegitimate grounds. It is unacceptable and frustrating that people have to spend time and energy climbing up the chain of command when the return policy is clearly stated in every warehouse above membership department, and on their website. If they don’t want to offer a lifetime return policy, they shouldn’t advertise one.
