As for what you suggested, I think that a script would not be required, just set the toggle effect key for ENB to the same key for Night Vision (N by default). I am not sure how to make this work with the Predator Vision power and key, and I cannot check it for a while, but there might be a way.
The Vampire's Sight power (000c4de1) possessed by stage 3+ vampires is identical in all but name. Most enbs disables the engine's image space modifiers, which night eye uses to brighten up the screen. For anyone with a similar problem, all I did was disable the Enhanced ENB Night Eye fix esp and reload.

Souls. Night Eye, as far as I know, doesn't work with ENB. Night eye works with PRT, and few others I think. Improved night vision for 60 seconds. some enbs arent compatible with night eye. I then remembered reading some where that there was a bug of sorts with the night eye effect and using ENB. 2 years ago.
